Why organizations bring him in
Most presentations are built on theory, and his are built on the years he spent living it.
Everything Timothy teaches came out of real situations with real consequences, learned the long way through trial and error, through the calls that went well and the ones that did not, and through building a business the same way. He served in the United States Navy and then in the fire service, where he gave orders with partial information while the clock was already running, and where he had to answer for the outcome either way.
What he brings to a business audience is the translation of all of that into language a shop owner, a sales manager, or a room full of supervisors can use the following Monday. Sessions get built around whatever is actually sitting in the room, whether that is a leadership bench that is too thin, a workforce that keeps turning over, or an operation that only functions when the owner is standing in the building.
Every session is customized, which means Timothy will ask what your people are dealing with before he writes a single slide, and he will speak in the language of the industry he is standing in front of rather than borrowing someone else's framework.
